Shipping

Orders placed are processed by following the directions in SECTION 14 of the General Conditions of Sale.

The Azienda Agricola Stilo Maria Amalia, which operates the portal amaliuolive.com, makes delivery to the address indicated by the “User”, via courier express tacciabile.

Please remember that products are shipped only when we receive the “successful payment” notice:

1. (a) by our bank, should the “User” use the mode of payment by bank transfer;
2. (b) by the international circuit enabled for transactions, where the “User” should pay by credit card and/or equivalent electronic instruments.

The “Holder” does not, in any case, make mailings to Mail Boxes, to companies that provide domiciliation services or Post Office Boxes.

Tracking

More precise information on delivery times will be available in the e-mail containing the shipment tracking. This is sent automatically by the express courier service to which the shipment will be entrusted, when the order is processed.

Failure to deliver

In case of absence during delivery, the courier will leave a notice of passing at the delivery address given by the “User.” Products must be picked up at the address and in the manner specified by the carrier. In case of failure to collect the Products within the time limit set by the courier, the Products will be returned to the “Holder”, who reserves the right to refund the price of the same, leaving the shipping costs to be borne by the “User”.

Upon receipt of the package, The User is asked to check:

– That the number of packages indicated on the waybill, or waybill, or invoice is actually the number of packages delivered;

– that the package is intact and undamaged: any disputes must be reported to the courier by indicating on the waybill you sign for pickup, the words “WITHDRAWN WITH RESERVE” specifying the reserve. Otherwise, the package is considered to be delivered correctly.

Deliveries are made only to the countries indicated on the “Site.”

The “User” therefore before proceeding to complete the Order is always invited to read the mode of Transport and rates so as to check whether the area to which he requests the shipment to be made, falls within the list of countries that periodically, the “Owner” is called upon to update.

Packaging

The packaging used for shipping is very safe and reliable. The “Owner” pays special attention to the packaging of products; our operators pack them according to type and size with dedicated packaging.

Customs

Should the products ordered be delivered outside of Italy the “User” may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional cost of customs clearance will be borne by the “User” who placed the order. The “Holder” does not have control over these costs and cannot predict the amount. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country and the “User” should therefore contact the local customs office for further information. The “User” should also keep in mind that, when placing orders on the “site,” he or she is considered an importer and is therefore required to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which he or she receives the goods.

Rates for Australia, USA and Canada and any other areas Outside Europe: variable according to weight.

(*) The shipping cost does not include any customs fees that may be charged upon delivery and will be the responsibility of the customer.
